Frequently Asked Questions

 For Corporate Clients (B2B)

1. In what areas do you offer solutions?

Our B2B partnerships generally fall into three main categories:

  • HR & Corporate Culture: Holiday gifts for employees, onboarding kits, recognition awards, and team-building souvenirs.

  • Marketing & PR: Corporate gifts, promotional and representative merchandise for clients and partners, as well as the urgent production of custom materials for presentations, exhibitions, and events.

  • HoReCa & Event Industry: Customizing glasses, decanters, and tasting accessories for wineries and restaurants, as well as creating unique decor elements and keepsakes for event venues hosting weddings, banquets, and corporate parties.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have absolutely no minimum order requirement — we can produce even a single unique item. However, please note that for single or very small orders (especially urgent ones), the one-time setup costs — such as design, equipment calibration, and logistics — can be significantly higher than the actual production cost of a few items.

3. What branding technologies do you use?

We don’t limit ourselves to a single method; instead, we select the technology that best fits your specific project, material, and budget. Our capabilities include laser engraving, digital printing, including fluorescent and metallic colors, as well as other modern solutions. Our main goal is to choose the method that yields the best possible result for your needs.

4. Can we see a sample before producing the entire batch?

Yes, and we highly recommend it. In almost all cases, it's best to see a sample that is as close to the final product as possible before running the main batch. Our technologies and flexible production process make it easy to prepare such a prototype, ensuring you are 100% confident in the final quality.

5. Can you print something highly durable and wear-resistant?

For situations where the print is exposed to active friction or harsh chemicals, we recommend our specialized stickers. They feature a super-strong adhesive that sticks to almost any surface, along with a protective polyester coating. Tell us more about your specific needs, and together we will find the optimal solution.

6. Our club has dim lighting and UV lights. Do you print in "neon" colors?

Yes! We can print with fluorescent inks that stand out brightly even during the day. Inside your venue, these "glowing" elements will help create the perfect atmosphere. Furthermore, such details on invitations or wristbands can act as an additional anti-counterfeit measure, making entrance control much easier.

FAQ - Personal Orders

1. Where can I see the full product catalog?

We don't have a standard catalog with hundreds of identical items, as we specialize in creating unique gifts tailored to a specific person and occasion. To quickly find the perfect option, use our built-in AI gift idea generator. You can also just message us directly — we will listen to your wishes and offer the best solutions.

2. Can you apply a signature or greeting to my own gift or interior item?

Yes, absolutely! We gladly work with our clients' items. We can carefully apply your greeting, an important date, or a name almost anywhere on your object. Thanks to our technologies (from precise laser engraving to digital printing and durable stickers) we will choose the perfect personalization method for your specific material. Feel free to share your ideas — we can bring most of them to life.

3. What are the production and delivery times?

The standard order turnaround time, including delivery across the South and Center of the country, is 2–3 days. However, we understand that sometimes a gift is needed "yesterday." In such cases, urgent production options are almost always available. Just let us know your deadline when placing an order, and we will do everything possible.

4. Is the design included into the price?

Unless specified otherwise, the base price already includes basic layout preparation: placing your text, a ready-made logo, or creating a simple monogram from initials. The development of more complex custom designs or drawing illustrations from scratch is discussed separately regarding time and cost.
